The six reels are presented within a stone structure which stands in what looks like a prehistoric landscape. This is a cascading reels game, so when you land a win the symbols involved in that win will explode and new symbols will cascade into play from above. The symbols, which are shown on slabs of rock, include bones arranged to show the playing card ranks of 9, 10, J, Q, K and A, portraits of five different dragon-type creatures, a female character wearing face paint, a Bonus symbol, an xWays mystery symbol and an xNudge wild symbol.

All of the visuals have a colourful cartoon style which reminded us of the style adopted in the 1960’s animated television series, The Flintstones. The audio, by comparison, isn’t at all cartoonish, but rather more reminiscent of a soundtrack that you might hear in an adventure film. Dragon Tribe xWays Mystery Feature

The xWays mystery symbol looks like an X, and can appear on any of the reels. When it does so, it will expand the reels to show two or three matching symbols. This reel expansion also increases the number of ways to win, so if you manage to get a series of cascades with several xWays mystery symbols thrown in, the ways to win can soar very quickly indeed. As mentioned earlier, when all reels have been expanded as far as possible, the number of ways to win is 20,736.

Dragon Tribe xNudge Wild Feature

The xNudge symbol looks like a dragon egg, and can appear on the second, third, fourth and fifth reels. When this symbol appears, it will nudge – one cell at a time – to the bottom of its reel, and with every nudge it will increase a multiplier value by one. The maximum value that an xNudge wild can have is x6, and when the symbol has reached the bottom of the reel it will turn that entire reel wild with the final multiplier value being applied.

Dragon Tribe Dragon Spins Feature

The main feature in this game is Dragon Spins, which is a free spins round that is triggered by getting three or more bonus symbols on the reels. When triggered, this feature will give you a choice between two different modes. The standard Dragon Spins mode is described as one that will enable you to win more often, and in this mode only the xNudge Wild feature is active. The Dragon Spins Extreme mode, on the other hand, involves higher risk with the potential for higher rewards, and in this mode the xNudge Wild will be active and at least one xWays mystery symbol will appear on each initial cascade.
